Training is required but no special skills are required. If you get the hang of it, even a weak person can operate it.

What is the maximum load?

How fast does it going down the stairs?

It is almost the same speed (about 0.6 m / sec) as a person goes down the stairs.

Can I adjust the speed of going down the stairs?

The speed can be adjusted by adjusting the grip of the brake lever. The speed does not increase above a certain level.

Can I stop in the middle of the stairs?

If you take your hand off the brake lever, you can safely stop in the middle of the stairs and stay there.

Can I use it on any stairs?

Any material can be used for stairs as long as it is straight at 40 ° or less.

Can it be used on a spiral staircase?

It cannot be used on spiral stairs, curved stairs, or wet stairs.

Can it go up the stairs?

It cannot be raised with CARRYDUN CD-8. The product that can go up and down is the STAIR CHAIR SC6

How long is the service life?

The legal compliance period is 7 years. The product warranty period (excluding consumables) is 10 years.

What should I do about the storage location?

There is a storage cabinet and storage stand (with cover) as an option. Since it can be folded, it can be stored under the bed.

Is it safe for users to use? Please tell me if there are any specific measures.

You can use it safely. As a concrete measure, first fix the user with a belt that fixes the head, chest, abdomen, and legs. It can be stopped even while descending the stairs, and the speed is adjusted so that it does not accelerate.

How long is the delivery time?

Do I have to inspect every year?

There is no legal inspection obligation. We recommend an annual inspection for safer use. Please refer to the instruction manual for inspection.

Are there any parts that need to be replaced?

It is recommended that the running belt be replaced every 5 years for the CARRYDUN CD-8 and CHAIR CARRYDUN CCD1 and every 3 years for the STAIR CHAIR SC6. It is recommended to replace the battery of STAIR CHAIR SC6 every 2 to 3 years. If you have any other problems, please contact us.

Where can I test drive?

You can experience the test drive operation at any time at the showroom in Sayama City, Saitama Prefecture and the West Japan Sales Office in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture.

Can it be used outdoors?
